Just a friendly reminder to check and change if needed, the filter on your A/C unit, as we basically went from furnace, to windows open, to straight up summer time heat within a matter of days. Not much time for acclamation. (Which my assistant is not very pleased about. )Trying to sleep when it is warm and humid is the worst. She is quite vocal about that.

Please make sure that you turn your unit off at the thermostat before you check your air filter. Pulling your filter out while unit is running will allow dust and dirt to enter the system.

A dirty filters stops air flow which can freeze up your unit and can wind up sn*******ng into multiple problems down the line. So, in an attempt to prevent this, please take a few minutes to give your filter some attention.

If you have a system that you can't get to the filter or don't feel comfortable, please feel free to give us a call or perhaps you know someone that can help. Again, this is a friendly reminder so that you don't have to make that call for preventable costly repairs.

And just like that it is April! As usual, my assistant isn't being very "assistanty". 🐻‍❄️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️.

While next Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday look fabulous, there may be just a small kink in the coming days.

The weather has been warm and some may have gotten out those garden hoses and attached them to the spigot. We tend to get busy and go on with our daily lives, not giving said garden hose another thought, until we need it again.

This is a friendly reminder to remember to disconnect that hose! Especially as the temperatures will eventually dip into the teens. It doesn't take long at all for things to go sideways, when hoses are left connected in below freezing temperatures.

Hopefully, this is our last hoorah with winter but until then it is better to be safe than sorry! Remember that Spring really is just around that corner! Until then, may your pipes, spigots, and yourselves, stay safe and unfrozen.🙂

It's Drawing Day!! As stated in previous post, there are three winners in this one. (Jan, Feb, March). My assistant is to busy lounging in the sun, after pouting because there is no more snow and ice, to help me draw. So I did it myself.

To say it's been a couple of crazy years is an understatement in the least! Through all of the flurry of uncertainty and unknown, we somehow managed to neglect doing our customer appreciation drawing, for some time. We never though, stopped appreciating our customers. Without you there wouldn't be an us and this is a fact we do not, nor will ever take for granted! It is time again to show our appreciation and we decided to mix it up and ramp it up a little bit.

Tomorrow, March 1st, we will announce the winners of three separate drawings. (January, February, and March)The customers whose names are drawn, will be able to choose a $50.00 gift certificate from one of the four businesses pictured below. Sequentially, a drawing will be held on the 1st of the month and that winner will have their choice from one of the four.

All of the businesses shown are valued customers of ours. We wanted to pay it forward to them (by purchasing their gift certificates and in turn sharing them with you) for trusting and believing in us. Thank you to all who do the same! My assistant reminded me from "her desk of the day", that I am running out of time to offer our discounted holiday gift certificates. She loves to bask in the frigidness of the cold. I would venture to say, if you are not a Siberian Husky, you do not share this idea and prefer the comfort of warmth.
