NOW HIRING — LOOKING FOR A COUPLE SOLID GUYS

I have several upcoming construction projects and I’m looking for reliable, experienced guys who actually want to work.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Your own reliable transportation — getting to work is your responsibility
• Your own basic hand tools — specialty tools are supplied
• Show up on time, every scheduled day, ready to work
• Stay productive — I’m not paying anyone to stand around or disappear every 20 minutes
• Take pride in your work and don’t leave problems for someone else to fix
• If you don’t know something, say so — don’t pretend you do and cost me money
• Communicate — if there’s an issue, speak up before it becomes a problem

I’m a good guy to work for. I pay fairly, treat my guys with respect, provide the equipment you need, and appreciate people who work hard. If you prove you’re dependable, there’s plenty of work available.

But I have ZERO interest in babysitting grown men. No constant excuses, no repeated call-offs, no showing up whenever you feel like it, and no drama. If I have to keep asking you to show up or do your job, it’s not going to work out.

If you’re dependable, work hard, and want to make money, MESSAGE ME. Send your experience, expected pay, and when you can start.

If you already know you can’t show up consistently, please don’t waste your time or mine.

LOOKING FOR 2–3 GUYS — ROOFING WORK SATURDAY

Looking for 2–3 reliable guys to help rip and clean up a 42-square, single-story roof this Saturday.

⏰ Start: 6:30 AM — work until the job is finished
💵 Paid cash at the end of the job
🔨 Mainly tear-off and cleanup

Must be willing to work and keep a good pace. If you show up, work efficiently, and do a good job, I can keep you busy with more work.
