We all go through rough seasons in life. Times where things feel uncertain, heavy, or out of our control.

Looking back at this project, it feels like a reminder of something simple but important: a well-built foundation stands strong through it all. This lighthouse wasn’t just about craftsmanship or design—it symbolizes stability, guidance, and resilience. No matter how rough the waters get, people still look for the light.

Homes are meant to be that place of strength. A place that holds you up, gives you direction, and reminds you that storms don’t last forever.

On a personal level, this one hits close to home. This project was built during a season that tested me, and seeing it finished is a reminder that even when things feel overwhelming, you keep showing up, keep building, and keep moving forward. Sometimes the work you pour into others ends up helping steady you too.
