Install new flooring in the elevator finished up a remodel/turnover in an apartment.
Had to take a window out from another floor of another apartment and put it in the floor above it. Because the window that was in it would not shut. It was so tight, somebody use Foam spray foam Which I don't know why you use spray foam around windows the way they do, but you gotta understand when you do that. It expands the plastic on a 6 foot tall window. There's only 4 screws that hold that thing to the wall 2 at the bottom 2 at the top. So the spray foam you put in there expands And push pressure in the middle, so you can't open and close the window. They make insulation for this just saying or order the right one in the first place that's tight andor build it to where you need to so that you don't have to use spray foam. Just saying. WE SPECIALIZE IN ALL TYPES OF TURNOVERS, WE DO PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL SIDING WINDOWS GUTTERS, WE WRAP WINDOWS WITH METAL. WE BEND ALL OUR METAL FOR ANYTHING. WE DO CUSTOM, THE SHOWERS WE BUILD DECKS WE DO ALL TYPES OF FLOORING, WE DO ALL TYPES OF ROOFING, SHINGLES, METAL WE DO RUBBER ROOFING NO JOB IS TOO BIG. I've been in a lot of houses and I have done a lot of roofs on a 120-year-old houses. Let me tell you something. I've never ran across where they took four inch trees and just use them as rafters, there's no main bean going across they meet at the peak and they got the thinnest metal ever and needless to say it is so old. I would have to date 1850s if not older like I said, I've done a lot of roof repairs Lotta roofing, I've done a lot of metal shingles specialize in roofing. That is my main thing I specialize in and this blew my mind. I don't know how the hell them. Guys did it back in the day, but man, that's amazing. It definitely aint gonna hold no. Type of metal these days. The only thing you can do is repair. It put new screws in it. Resealing everything, because if not, you'll open up a can of worms that you never wanna open, you would literally have to take the roof off and build an entire new roof rafters, beams everything, and it is a can of worms that Homeowners don't wanna go through and I do not blame them. This is a very old house, very historic, and it was very cool to be able to even get up in there and see this.

Lucky she is my number one, and then we got a new addition, a week old baby goat.His name is halo. He does not go to work with me. L o l he is way too needy and gets into everything l o l. But lucky she is the best worker. I got the best supervisor she is the supervisor on every job I do and if I don't do it correctly, she holds me accountable and she takes pay cuts out of me. So I make sure to do things right to make lucky happy, l o l she's the best service dog anybody could ever ask for.

Had to cut out bad dry wall from a leak above. That happened long time ago. Turn to nasty mold and then on top of that, there was an active leak that happened about a month ago, so went ahead. Put the hot water heater out, cut all the bad dry wall out. Put everything back together.Another quality job done and another satisfied customer, as well as a satisfied tenant. She is a very great woman. And I was not taking no chances of her getting sick from anything that was behind those walls, nor was the property management company, and we went in, did what we do best. Just so happened.She was on vacation 4 7 days, so I was able to go in and get it done in about four days, knocked it out, and now she doesn't have to worry about no mold or drywall falling down.She is very happy.

Job for today all because the kitchen faucet was bad s***** part was the tenant knew and could not let nobody know.So he lived on the fourth floor needless to say, it went all the way down to the first floor so damaging in three apartments.
