THIS was quite the overhaul, but our team is always up to the task. Started by bombing the place a few times, switched out old carpet for new vinyl plank, repaired tons of drywall damage, replaced entire shower plumbing and fixtures, installed new kitchen countertop and faucet, set new toilet, fixed the inoperable furnace, changed out all outlets/switches and A/C registers, painted every surface possible, and a bit of scrubbing. The project turned out fantastic, and the client had it rented in just a few days!!

This client had severe plaster damage along with some mold forming. Discovered that this wall was build over brick, so we decided to tear the whole thing out and paint it. The exposed brick was an amazing choice to accent this small bathroom!!

P.S. Client stated she would paint, hence why it was left unfinished.
