We got the opportunity to give this home a different look by removing a portion of wall in the living room, adding a sliding patio door, and opening and extending the hallway for a later garage addition. We also added some new lighting in the kitchen and hallway and crown molding around the tops.

We finally got to wrap up this project that was a fun one in Iowa City. This customer had no space in his entry and wanted an area to welcome guests . We converted his porch into an entry. We engineered opening the outer wall and added all new electrical, lighting inside and out, a concrete approach and a porcelain tile floor.
