Our first shipment of seed garlic is here!
This impressive selection (38 varieties and counting!) is from Pelkey Farms in Corvallis, MT down the Bitterroot.

The first couple of weeks in October are a great time to plant garlic for harvest next summer.
Harvest occurs in late July and August when the bulbs have matured.
