Lawn Care Technician - Lawn & Order

Our team is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to support our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining residential lawns for several customers.

This role requires lots of drive and persistence — your day-to-day work will be physically challenging and you’ll need to adapt to unexpected changes in working conditions.

Responsibilities:
● Use lawn mowers and other tools to trim grass and edge lawn areas
● Operate leaf blowers and gather leaves and hedge trimmings for removal
● Work outdoors in all weather conditions
● Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and transport vehicles
● Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers

Qualifications:
● Possess a full driver’s license
● Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs
● Able to work in all weather conditions
● Strong communication skills
● Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
● Must be able to work independently
● Experience in lawn maintenance is a plus

Hours & Compensation
● PART-TIME / FULL-TIME - 40 hours per week
● HOURLY WAGE - $15 - $20

Lawn & Order is looking to hire lead foreman for landscaping crews. We are looking for experienced workers in this field that are reliable and looking to become part of a fast growing company with possibility of becoming foreman and competitive pay.
We are also looking for sprinkler technicians that have good experience in sprinkler repairs and installing.

Lawn & Order is looking for some good team members to join us.
Seasonal and year round positions available.

These positions are available:

1) Lawn Care Specialist
2) Landscaping
3) Sprinkler Technicians

* Each of these divisions have availability for advancement into
Crew Leader, Foreman, and Supervisor.

*Must have a valid driver liscense
*Must be able to work in hot conditions or rainy conditions.
*Must be able to work at least 30 hours or more weekly
*Must be available for change in schedule do to weather conditions.
*Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
*Must have transportation to and from work.

Pay starts at $15-$18 per hour.

*Advances in pay above $18 per hour is available to Crew Leaders, foreman, and supervisors with competitive wages for each department being based on experience and ability to lead crews and see jobs done in a efficient time frame.

Lawn & Order is one of the fastest growing companies in the area and we are adding services and advancements to our company yearly. We started off as a strictly lawn care company and since here are some services we have added in the last 4 years.

1) Full yard Installs
2) Sprinkler Installation
3) Retaining Walls
4) Decorative Curbing
5) Snow Plow Services
6) Sprinkler Repair work
7) Sprinkler Blowouts
And many advancements in the services we provide already.

As we are growing we are expanding even further to other cities and territories and will be adding some more services along the way. In the next 12 months we will be expanding our services to include Skid Steer and Excavator work
We will be expanding our curbing to more high end options in which we will be looking for a supervisor in this department as well as our Dirt work divisions also.
We are currently in works with a new franchise we will be bringing to the area in which we will be the only company in the upper Midwest with this service which will make our company stand out above the rest.
