Quick Tip Many people don’t know that smoke detectors have a manufacture date stamped on the back of every detector. 10years is what they are good for. CO detectors should be replaced every 5-7 years. Replace them for several reasons. 1 being the safety of your family and home 2 if your home is for sale a good inspector will call it out on his inspection report. The lease amount of issues the new buyer sees is better. Do you and your realtor a solid.

Quick tip!
