Quick tip for everyone today... keep an eye on your yard. With the temps rising like they are,,, dry brush and old debris can be a real fire hazard. Especially with all the celebrations going on. We want everyone to stay safe while they celebrate!

Wednesday is looking pretty gray and we've got some rain coming our way. Time to get at it and check those yard drains and gutters,,, nobody wants a swamp in their backyard when the clouds break open.

Thinking a lot today about what we leave behind,,, it’s more than just the tools in the bag or the projects we finish. It’s about the legacy we pass down to the next generation... teaching them how to fix what’s broken and take real pride in a job well done.

I hear it all the time,,, "Ron, I just changed my filter three months ago!" Look, I get it... the box says 90 days. But here in Vegas? That's a recipe for a broken AC and a massive repair bill when it’s 115 degrees out. 🥵🚫

The desert dust and that heat don't care what the box says! Our units work double time out here and those filters get clogged FAST. A dirty filter is like trying to breathe through a straw while running a marathon... it's gonna fail eventually.

Do yourself a favor and swap those filters EVERY MONTH during the summer. It’s the cheapest way to keep your home cool and your wallet full! 💰✨
