Layed a LVT tile over top of original tile! It’s a vynil tile that glues down on a paper over top of tile!

It also has real grout in the joints that is installed after the tile is layed!

Hung drywall/flooring/trim and framed a closet for hvac unit! Homeowners painted it and did awesome! Soon to have some can lights installed as well!
