We just finished adding an exterior door for the Davis’s over on Richardson St in Henderson. We also moved some walls to make a bedroom and hallway. We also laid the floor. The remainder of the finish out will be handled by the homeowner, they just needed help with the heavy lifting. We were happy to oblige!

I have a habit of taking jobs that other Contractors won’t. Two other Contractors walked away from this one. It is a unique project on a beautiful home. A second story brick patio was leaking water into a basement type room underneath it. There is no wood in the walls, so rather than make it waterproof (which wasn’t happening, that’s why the other Contractors declined) I routed the water away from the inner walls and made drains above the door and window because that’s where the water was exiting the room. I also drilled some weep holes. Water literally ran out of the walls like a waterfall. I also dig out an old mortar line and used foam and Lexel to slow the water going into the ceiling. All of the nes door frame and window frame are custome because we used wolmanized wood for the wet area. We water tested it and it did great! Mark, the home owner, now has his man cave and usable square footage. Be sure and keep me in mind when you need a creative solution. I love helping Henderson families.
