Palominas Parade

Just 3 weeks until the Palominas July 4th Parade! Start your celebration of the 250th Anniversary of our Nation with us in Palominas. The Parade starts at 9 am and usually lasts about 45 minutes. That leaves lots of time to continue your celebration at the other places you want to visit! The best place to view the Parade is near the intersection of Palominas Road and Rt. 92. If you have kids ... the Palominas Church will have a FREE carnival, in their yard, with games and prizes and a jumping castle - right after the Parade. There will be an "incredible edibles" tasting table with rattlesnake, Javalina, cactus and lots of other treats at the Church too. Come join us !!!! If you want to be IN the Parade ... be at the Fire Station on Palominas Road by 8:30 am. and get in the Parade line. No registration or fees necessary ... just come have fun with us!

We had a WONDERFUL 2025 Palominas Christmas Parade today! The weather was perfect and smiling faces were everywhere! Thanks to all who participated and came out to view the Parade. Please add identifications to the pictures of you or your group. With no registration - we often don't know WHO folks are or what group they represent.

Immediately after the Palominas Parade for July 4th 2025 ... There was the rededication of the plaque commemorating the 1540 Coronado Expedition that traveled through the San Pedro River Valley. The renewed sign and the memorial plaque are the work of Pastor Dale Stoner and the Youth Group of the Palominas Church. Hats off to them and their hard work and contribution to the community. A previous, significantly deteriorated, sign had been near this location in front of the Palominas Church for nearly 100 years. Sheriff Dannels participated in the dedication ceremony. [Perhaps we can think of this Expedition as the FIRST Palominas Parade .. it must have been something to see!]

More 2025 Palominas July 4th Parade pictures !!!! Our wonderful sponsor ... the Palominas Rural Clinic of the Copper Queen Hospital is here again this year! And they persuaded the Statue of Liberty to come all the way from NYC to join us again! And the Tombstone JROTC mounted unit participated for our JULY parade and they aren't even in school now! We always LOVE and appreciate their participation! Thanks to ALL of you!

We had a great July 4th Parade this year! We had 75 parade entries and lots of people lined Palominas Road. The weather was perfect! There was a wonderful carnival - jumping castle and pool - and free food and refreshments immediately after the parade at the Palominas Church. We had a dedication of the revised memorial to Coronado's Expedition through the San Pedro River Valley that is located in front of the Palominas Church. We are indebted to our sponsors: The Legion Riders of the American Legion Post of Bisbee and the Palominas Rural Clinic of the Copper Queen Hospital of Bisbee. The Palominas Fire Department is a consistent contributor to the parade and the Palominas Community Club is always there to support the Parade.

The Thunder Vettes are with us again this year! There were 17 Corvettes in the parade this year! The most ever, I think. Thanks to all of you!
