Starting on 5/18, we will be switching our Facebook sales days from Wednesday to Monday. Because of this switch, we will not be running a sale the week of 5/11. The Google spreadsheet listing our live availability has been updated with the plants that are still in stock and the ones that are expected to be ready on 5/15. WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking to hire 2 part-time employees to work at our new outdoor retail nursery Freedom Flowers. It is opening on 3/15. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of a permanent position. The season will run from now until October 31st.

Please read and understand the minimum position requirements as well as the job description before sending your resume.

1) Must be able to provide proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.
2) Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
3) Must be willing and able to work in the heat of summer for 8 hours.
4) Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
5) Must be able to pass a background check.
5) Must be a non-smoker/non-vaper.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1) You will be expected to take care of and maintain the plants being offered for sale. This will entail watering, cleaning, pruning, up-potting ect....
2) You will be expected to interact with and assist customers.
3) It is expected that you will grow your knowledge base of plants and their care so you can better assist the customers.
4) You will be expected to learn and run the cash register.
5)You will be expected to assist in routine maintenance of the nursery facility (mowing, w**d pulling, laying landscape fabric, ect...)
