At this time, I still don't know when I will be able to return to work. To get things approved with insurance is one of the hardest things to get done. In June of 2023, I was assaulted/strangulated, the attack tore multiple tendons in the neck that connects to the collarbone, damage to the coridid artery, caused extreme spinal stinosis in 3 vertebrae, and a 17mm tear to the labral in my shoulder. The 3 vertebrae don't cause as much agony as they did a year ago, but finally have a doctor willing to do the surgery on my shoulder and collarbone area. I'm hoping to be able to get scheduled for surgery within the next 6 months, and the orthopedic surgeon expects another 3-6 months of recovery after the surgery is completed. I still expect to return to work doing something I enjoyed and was good at, and hope to see as many customers I had before that I can. I will send out letters to all of my customers when the return to work date is closer.

Please bear with me during my recovery: The past 2 months have not been good to me. I was assaulted at the beginning of June, resulting in trachea/esophagus damage. I have had breathing issues ever since, and only able to breathe thru my mouth. Even when trying to push the mower thru my lawn, I can only last a couple of minutes before I have to sit down to catch my breath and lower my heart rate below 160bpm. Once able to physically return, I will be back in your lawn.

I can't remember the last time that May and start of June was this dry. With the low rain chances, unless you're running sprinklers, I'm having to wait to do 2nd fertilizer until more rain is in the long forecast. Nutsedge has been popping up the last week or two, but spraying it too early, and especially before a rain, would result in multiple applications needed to get it under control. If you don't mind multiple applications, please let me know

I want to take a minute and Thank my current customers for trusting in me with their lawn. Next, to keep my promises to my current customers, I have stopped adding on NEW customers for basic package needs this year until weather allows me to get completely caught up. But, my current customers can still add services, and only new openings are available for Surface insect control and/or Monthly Mosquito package.

Finally, Customer Appreciation BBQ is next Saturday, May 27th at my home at 2pm. Inflatable fun, water balloon/gun battle for kids, kids drinks also provided. BYOB and lawn chair

Unlike a large across North America franchise, I don't need to give free applications and large discounts to try and regain a lost customer. Even including all the applications they would do for free, my cost for the year is much lower.
I also don't post fake reviews on my competitions reviews, unlike the "technicians" from that company

Finally the area has received enough rain to make the ground workable. I'll be starting the Fall package services on Thursday, so if you haven't ordered any or all of it yet, now is the time. The 2 droughts this summer really did some damage on the oldest/weaker root systems, so now is the time to get a heads start on next year's lawn.

With mostly great weather recently, I've been knocking out as much as I can. But there is still plenty to be done before the end of the year. If you really want to improve your lawn, best to sign up for the Fall package of aeration, lime, and overseeding.
Also, just a handful of weeks remaining before it's too late to order food plots for this fall.
