✅ Residents Should:
• Review your family emergency plan.
• Build or refresh your emergency supply kit with enough food, water, medications, and essentials for at least 3–7 days.
• Know your evacuation routes and shelter options.
• Sign up for local emergency alerts and monitor trusted weather sources.
• Check generators and ensure they are operated safely outdoors and away from structures.
• Secure outdoor furniture, equipment, and other items that could become airborne during high winds.

🏢 Businesses Should:
• Review continuity of operations and emergency response plans.
• Verify emergency contact information for employees and vendors.
• Back up critical records and data.
• Test emergency power systems and communications equipment.
