Bound by an appreciation for Brian Regan and the wish to create something meaningful, they decided to strike out on their own business venture. The home is something that is special to them, both having their own reasons for valuing the time spent with the people that

they love and making substantive memories for both the good and the bad times. They decided they wanted to help in that endeavor by finding affordable solutions to help others reach those dreams. They hope to incorporate a love of old and new architectural styles, their fondness for small, functional living with a classic feel, and their heart for people who are trying to make their way, as they are sailing that same ship.

Draftsman (Owner)

Looking for work as a 3d artist I stepped into the world Architectural Rendering. After over two years I moved on to study engineering and truss design at a local Truss manufacturer. Needing to sink my teeth into design I spent two years in commercial and residential drafting touching on all aspects of design, including, MEP, site plans, Floor Plans, Framing Plans, Roof plans, Equipment plans, etc. I hope that I can help people to reach their design goals and do so with as few headaches as possible.

Lead Draftsman (Owner)

Drawn to drafting I began my education at Victor Valley College under the training Claud Oliver. Next I dove into Commercial, and residential drafting, as well as surveying. After honing my skills in drafting over the course of three years I began my own personal projects which include my home and a casita for my mom. I have since completed the casita having been hands on throughout the project. I have gone through the process, from the planning to the permit to the construction/inspections all to final and hope to use this knowledge to assist my clients as they take on their own projects.
