The last two nights have been pretty late ones. I want thank our customers for being understanding while I was away. I’m doing my very best to get caught back up. It is a very hectic time and I appreciate the people that  say "no we will wait". I want to work for you and it means a lot that you all think that much of us.

I received a phone call today that has left me feeling a little confused. (It's worth mentioning our phones answer 24/7 even on Sundays).

The caller, a lady, was inquiring about the cheapest service available. She mentioned that we had previously worked for her, but she had heard that our prices had increased.

I would like to clarify this point:

We have not raised our prices. Our labor rate per hour and service call charge have remained unchanged for over 10 plus years. However, it's worth noting that weekend and holiday services are subject to an additional charge, which we refer to as our weekend/holiday rate.

The prices of materials are determined by the manufacturers, and we adjust our prices accordingly. While the cost of supplies has increased significantly since Covid, the profit margin has remained the same for over 30 years. We prioritize providing the best service at affordable prices, rather than "cheap" service.

Many of our customers have expressed appreciation for our reasonable prices. Our technician, Clint, is known for his professionalism and commitment to finding the most affordable solutions for our customers. You will not find a nicer person to work for you.

If you receive a lower price quote for a professional service, please let us know, and we will do our best to beat it.

Additionally, we offer water treatment services for all types of water at competitive prices.
