I came behind a local contractor today. The homeowner wanted the ball valve lowered so she didn’t have to have ladder, and changed out to a new one so she could turn it. The contractor charged her $450 to not lower the ball valve, and added an additional ball valve where it wasn’t needed. And left it leaking!! not to mention done incorrectly. Please do your research before hiring.

A small patch and an Airbnb that had to be done quickly and professionally. Two coats of 45 minute hot mud. And matched Paint ready to go.

contractor gained access to the area for tie downs by using a 10 pound sledge!! To secure the site, resulting in a mutual decision between the homeowner and myself to grant permanent access. As we return to our regular operations, I would like to take a moment to wish everyone a successful new year. Another one down. Existing deck, installed joist hangers, and screened in underside. Making the deck completely bug free.

a tree fell on this customers shed damaging the trusses and all metal . We mitigated and mended sub roof and trusses. and installed a new metal roof for them.
