Orthopedic says I have a 75% tear in an old ACL injury. Only a small piece holds. The beast wakes up with swelling once a year. But it doesn’t mean I need to quit being active like I’ve allowed myself to do in the past. Helps to talk to the experts. It’s been 4 months since I’ve gotten back on track and it feels so fu***ng good. Gym appt next week 💜
