Master bathroom update🤩

The customer hand picked all of the materials needed to make their dream bathroom come to life!

The before and after was not only wanted, but necessary. The shower wasn’t properly installed previously and water was slipping through the cracks, creating mold and water damage. Luckily, we caught it before any significant damage was caused.

Now this family can enjoy their beautiful (and safe) bathroom 😊

Turned this old barn into a tractor barn, chicken coop, and chicken run 🐓🚜

Needed to add structural support to the existing barn and replace the siding. Then added a 12x6 chicken coop and a 12x20 chicken run.

Features: Dutch door, automatic feeders, perches throughout the coop, bird swing, chicken ramp and locking door.

Client also requested solar panel lights, shutters, flower box, and a classic barn-like look.

This was a weekend project that was completed with some help. Deck is a 10x24 foot with a metal roof covering 2/3 of the deck.

Finishing touches still need to be completed such as caps over the 4x4’s. Homeowner also requested to wait for deck staining.

Before and after of a 5 day kitchen renovation.

The couple purchased the materials and started demolition, however they never got around to completing the project.

I finished demolition, installed cabinets and countertops, removed bump-out above cabinets, smoothed the ceilings, installed new light fixtures, installed vinyl flooring, changed out electrical switches/outlets, and painted.

Before and after of my last home flip.

This house was a complete gut. Removed several non-load-bearing walls, replaced subfloors, new flooring throughout the house, removed popcorn ceiling, added new light fixtures, etc.
