We are seeking to hire someone that is able to learn the skills of our trade. Having experience in bathtub manufacturing or automotive body work is helpful but not required. We will train in all areas of the job. This is a position that will require working in customers homes. Must be honest and trustworthy and keep personal appearance presentable. Must be able to talk to customers and provide excellent customer service. Our main office is in HIghland, Ut, but this position will require traveling to customers homes each day. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site. We will train to:

* Prep tub/shower for resurfacing.

* Resurface (paint) bathtub/shower.

* Repair bathtubs/showers with chips, cracks, scratches, smudges, or any other damage.

* Experience helpful but not required. Will provide training in all areas.

* This job requires work at different locations. Must have transportation to and from the job site.

* Part-time position to start.

Requirements:

Dependable, self-motivated, able to follow directions, must be comfortable working with fiberglass resin, paint, and other chemicals, must be able to follow safety guidelines, must be trustworthy to work in customers homes.

This is a great position for someone that is willing to learn a new trade. Monday - Friday position with option to work some weekends. Some days may require more hours than others. The number of hours a week depends on the number of repairs and refinishes we have each week. Job is expected to be about 20 - 30 hours a week with potential for 40 hours after training. Starting pay between $13 -16/hr depending on experience.

This bathtub had previously been refinished by another company and the paint was peeling. This is what the tub looked like after Joe got done sanding and scraping all the old paint off and what it looked like after he was done spraying it. Joe with TubWorx does amazing work.
