From dated and closed-in → bright, functional, and completely reimagined. ✨
This kitchen started with heavy oak cabinetry, limited natural light, and a layout that made the entire space feel much smaller than it actually was.
We took it all the way back and redesigned the kitchen around how this family actually lives… opening up the sightlines, bringing in more light, creating better flow, and adding a built-in dining nook that feels like it was always meant to be there.
The contrast of warm white cabinetry with deep charcoal, natural wood tones, brass details, quartz surfaces and that beautiful marble backsplash gave us the layered, collected look we wanted without making the space feel busy.
And the dining nook may be my favorite part. The oversized window, built-in banquette and sculptural lighting completely changed the way this end of the room feels… and gave the family a place to actually gather.
Same home. Completely different experience.
