We’re very thankful to have been a part of the Highland Founders Parade this year! The pickle theme made it a blast, and it was awesome seeing so many people from our great community out enjoying the day.

Big congratulations to our team member Will Sutherland for passing his CDL Class A exam!

That officially brings our team to five CDL Class A drivers. We’re also proud to have two licensed crane operators, two aerial lift specialists, a licensed builder, and an Oakland County septic installer on our crew.

One thing we’ve always believed in at Van Gordon Tree and Land Solutions is continuing to grow, improve, and invest in our people. Credentials matter, training matters, and building a team that serves our community the right way matters.

It’s a great feeling watching the guys continue to level up and take pride in their craft. Grateful to have such hardworking, driven people on this team.

Big day for the crew today — we wrapped up a large oak removal over a glass room, where every cut mattered and precision was everything. Jobs like this take experience, teamwork, and trust from start to finish.

These were some of the final log picks of the day — after a long push of careful rigging, strategic cuts, and making sure every piece came down safely without damage. Watching a tough job come together safely is what it’s all about.
