We’re officially in the home stretch with our Marine house! Just a few days away from handing it over to an amazing family who is making it their own 💛

They decided to customize the kitchen, and it’s been so fun watching their vision come to life—those personal touches are what truly turn a house into a home 🙌🍽️

We’ve poured a lot into this place, so seeing it go to people who are excited and invested makes it all worth it. Counting down the final days until keys are in their hands! 🔑✨

🚨 FREE Shed – You Haul Away! 🚨

We have a shed that needs to be taken down and removed. It’s FREE to anyone willing to do the work! 🙌

⚠️ The roof is in bad shape, so it will need some repair or replacement. The structure still has usable materials if you’re handy or looking for a project. 🛠️

You take it apart, you haul it off — and it’s yours! 💪

Meet Emmalee and Marshall — a sweet young couple starting their next chapter in this home ❤️

So grateful for the pause, the progress, and getting to be part of stories like this one. Wishing these two so much happiness, love, and memories in their new place 🥂✨
