Some of my favorite code consulting involves ADA guidelines - Americans with Disabilities Act. It’s been around for a long time now and if you don’t know basic rules for parking then you probably shouldn’t drive. Not only was this guy just plain lazy because he could have easily parked to the left in a multitude of empty parking spaces but he parked inside the striped access lane which, at Dollar General, is also the only way to roll your cart off the sidewalk. Even my able bodied self was inconvenienced.
Also guy in the HC parking spot wasn’t handicapped either. He proceeded to come out and put oil in his car.
Please remember that there are many many people who legitimately need to use handicap parking spaces and access lanes.
