The New Jersey Comfort Partners Program is a free energy saving and energy education program for qualified low-income customers.

Through the Comfort Partners program we are required to check homes for any health and safety issues such as, but not limited to:

Carbon monoxide issues from heating equipment and/or oven
Improper drafting of chimney
Unvented bath fans or dryers
Gas Leaks
Mold and/or moisture issues, mostly in basement or attic area
Hidden asbestos
K**b and tube wiring (old electrical wiring)
Roof leaks
Mold
Emergency drip pipes for heating systems
Hidden insect infestation

By you being a participant of the Comfort Partners Program, If any issues found, they will be fixed at no cost. This is only if you are a qualified candidate for Comfort Partners.
