VERMONT DROUGHT UPDATE - Today, the U.S. Drought Monitor has updated their drought map for the Northeast region of the United States. Most of Vermont is in a Severe Drought (D2), with Extreme Drought (D3) appearing more likely in Vermont in the coming days and weeks. Without significant rain, drought impacts will continue to spread across the state.
