A moment that honors the past while making space for what’s next.

Set within a historically protected neighborhood, this home is a thoughtful nod to the Tudor residence that once occupied the site. Familiar proportions, rooflines, and materiality draw from the architectural language of the neighborhood, while detailing and living spaces reflect the way we live and build today.

While the rendering captures the vision, framing is underway and the home is beginning to take shape. We’ll be sharing a bit of progress in our stories today as this next chapter comes to life.

With the unofficial start of summer upon us, it brings to mind our Naples home that was designed to embrace the spirit of outdoor living!

At the center of the entry courtyard, a pool brings the energy to the front of the home, turning arrival into an experience. Lounging areas, an outdoor bar, and stairs leading to the upper porch create spaces for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining throughout the day and into the evening.

A home designed for warm weather, open doors, and summer moments shared with family and friends!

Excited to share that our York House is featured in the current issue of

The home balances warmth and refinement through layered materials, thoughtful detailing, and carefully framed light, with interiors designed by . One of our favorite elements is the continued use of the exterior masonry into the interior, creating a strong connection between inside and out while reinforcing the home’s sense of continuity and permanence.

Honored to see this home and the incredible team behind it recognized. See the full feature at the link in bio.

Forget the first Monday in May. Around here, the Friday before Mother’s Day is the real event: the Hinsdale Kitchen Walk!

So, in honor of the occasion, we’re sharing a drama filled kitchen completed alongside Hinsdale local .jordanhomes in Naples, Florida (Hinsdale South 😂).

Designed with direct access to the pool terrace and a vaulted ceiling above, the space is filled with light, volume, and connection to the outdoors. A warm weather take on the kitchen as the heart of the home.

At our Deer Pond home we’ve saved the best for last!

Here the front elevation unfolds as a layered arrival sequence. A drive court, flanked by garage and guest house, guides you inward toward the glass entry tower beyond. Each element is positioned to shape the experience of approach, balancing privacy with anticipation.
It’s an architectural moment that transforms arrival into something both welcoming and memorable.

A timeless language, reinterpreted for modern living.

Our Spruce home draws from classic architectural forms such as steeply pitched gables, symmetrical rhythms, and a defined central entry,  while refining each element through a more modern lens. Proportions are simplified, details are intentional, and materials are allowed to speak with clarity.  It’s a balance we’ve been exploring for years: honoring tradition without being bound by it. Creating homes that feel familiar, yet distinctly current.

The result is a home that feels both familiar and current, thoughtfully designed for the moments ahead!

A study in balance through asymmetry.

At our Deer Pond home, the front gable is defined by an off-center window that anchors the corner and introduces a subtle contemporary counterpoint to the traditional stone and roof forms. Alongside, a garden path weaves from the side yard to the front entry, creating a more intimate and unexpected approach through the landscape.

Thoughtful moves, both large and small, come together to shape the character of the home.

The beauty of great collaboration? Even the hidden moments are executed with purpose.

What began as an idea in our initial floor plan became another unique feature in our Deer Pond II home. This sliding bookcase, designed to separate the study from the primary suite, required careful coordination, detailing, and trust across the team to bring it to life. We’re proud of the vision behind it, and even more grateful for the collaboration that made it possible.

and took this concept and executed it with precision, turning thoughtful design into a seamless, functional reality!

This asymmetrical porch, with steel headers and columns, flows straight from the first-floor primary bedroom to the poolside, turning everyday moments like morning coffee, sunset views, or evening cocktails into effortless experiences.

Designed as a seamless extension of the home, it blurs the line between inside and out, making outdoor living feel just as comfortable, curated, and luxe as the interior.
