Just getting things up and running out on my own in TN.
I am a Licensed Architect with over 24 years of experience in the field. I have designed every manner of building within the practice field (Commercial, Residential, Educational, Industrial, Healthcare, etc...). I pride myself on not just providing a flat rate fees to all my clients but to look at the needs of the project and propose a fee that works for them. I enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding what they need me to provide them with and work with them on more of a friend based setting rather than "I am the professional and this is what you should do setting"
I can provide a wide range of services from:
Code Consultation (5 years as a plans examiner for the City of Denver)
Drafting
Permit Sets
Full construction sets and specs
Bid Sets
Basically the whole gambit of anything you would need. I do hope you can tell by my post here that I am not in this for the recognition. I am here looking to help you out with what you need designed at a cost that works for you. Even consider bartering for services if the situation is right. Its the oldest form of business transaction, why not use it still.
So lets meet for Coffee and talk about your project. I always offer free initial consultations. If I swing by the project site and you want to offer me a beer while we chat, I never turn that down either. Well that is my pitch and I hope I stood out to you better than some others here and you consider letting me help with your project.
