Today we are celebrating the builders, tradespeople, and hardworking crews who bring every project to life, on the job site and behind the scenes. Your dedication is what turns a set of plans into a home someone loves.

Tucked into the treetops, this home is proof that indoor and outdoor living can blend together beautifully. From the cozy deck chairs surrounded by green, to the warm wood siding and soft glow of the exterior sconces, every detail here was designed to feel connected to nature.
We love how the sliding glass doors open the living space right up to the deck, letting the outside in and inviting you to slow down and enjoy the view. Even the little touches, like the hydrangeas blooming just outside, remind us why we love what we do.
This is what happens when thoughtful design meets a beautiful setting.

We are so excited to share some big news. Paul is partnering up with Tom Minty and Barry Long from Able Environments to co-host a brand new radio show featured on the new Answers for Elders Radio which airs each month on Northwest Newsradio 97.7 FM and AM 1000.

Together they will be having smart conversations about aging in place and accessible living, covering everything from home modifications to the everyday choices that help people stay comfortable and independent right where they are.

The show premieres September 12 at noon and continues on the second Saturday of every month after that. If you or someone you love is navigating aging in place, this is one worth adding to your calendar.

There is something about the sound of moving water that just slows everything down. This basalt fountain is one of our favorite details from this project, tucked right into the garden and surrounded by black eyed susans. Years ago, our team had the privilege of working with a client managing multiple chemical sensitivities, and it completely shaped how we think about remodeling. We learned firsthand how much the products, materials, and even scents in a home can affect someone's day-to-day comfort and health.

That experience is part of why we care so much about healthy home practices - things like using fragrance-free products, improving ventilation, and choosing safer materials whenever we can.
