This is the latest version of our OB1 line designed to have a modern cottage look and feel, inside and out, yet still maintains the tall ceilings, lots of light and open floor plan we’re known for in the industry.

The living area features a tall 10’ ceiling with lots of glass to take advantage of natural light and outdoor views. The main level is 8’-6” x 20’-0” making it 170 sf of living space. The bedroom loft is 6'-0” wide x 7'-6” long making it 45 sf, and can easily fit a queen size mattress. The loft is accessed by a staircase with storage areas, not an uncomfortable ladder like other tiny homes on the market.

It has a full size bath with a large 30” x 52” shower area you won't find in most tiny homes. Spacious kitchen with a 6'-6” countertop area and room for a large 24" wide x 60" tall fridge.

All windows and doors are IMPACT glass.
