We revisited a past project this week… what a joy to see all the living happening! Beyond the staged and immaculate photos of the highly designed and curated world we live in… real homes are often a work in progress, as they should be… living, breathing, and growing along with one’s family.

What struck me walking through the house was how it has so many moods, just like humans. Moody and rich one minute, snappy and bright another… some days feeling colorful and other days vibing in neutrals. Appreciating all the many ways we can be present.

It’s a new year and we are starting it right… taking some time last night with newly moved in clients to appreciate what this team created and all that goes into it. Finished up just in time for the holidays… and wow, it’s magical.
Iphone photos with too many lights on and sneaky blue tape… will have to do for now. Once the shutters and showers doors are in, we’ll be back for real photos 🙌

Just in time for the holiday, phew! 😅
A big punchlist yet to tackle but happy to see this very patient family in their new home for Christmas.🎄
It has been quite a journey, through countless decisions, but we couldn’t be happier with the results!

How do we activate a hallway? Introduce rhythm with beams and lighting, draw the eye to a rich space beyond, and give us a peek at the outdoors.
Deep green is a favorite when it saturates a room… it makes a dramatic volume feel more intimate and helps walls drop away to allow the outdoors to come inside.
Thanks to triple glazed windows, you can take in the expansive views in any season while staying cozy and warm.
