A burst pipe in this basement led to the discovery of significant underlying issues, including improperly installed plumbing, electrical, and framing.

Our team completed a comprehensive renovation to bring the space up to standard:

• Installed new plumbing throughout, including beneath the bathroom slab
• Upgraded electrical systems with new wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and GFCI protection
• Reframed basement walls for structural integrity
• Applied spray foam insulation for improved energy efficiency
• Installed new sheetrock and solid core doors
• Completed finishes including paint, wainscoting, and trim
• Installed 12”x24” tile flooring throughout

We are now approaching the final stages of this project. The transformation highlights the importance of addressing hidden issues and doing the job correctly from the start.
