Furnaces:
Silver – For cost savings on simple projects we offer Tempstar and Comfortmaker lines with single stage gas valves and blowers. The same quality craftmanship as a Carrier but without the brand name cost. Gold – For most homes we use a range of Carrier, Tempstar, and Amana furnaces with two-stage gas valves and single speed blowers. Platinum – For proje
cts where perfect comfort comes first, we offer the Amana AMVC series with two-stage gas valve and modulating blower. We also offer the very best on the market with the Carrier Infinity series with fully modulating gas and blower. Air Conditioning:
Silver – For cost savings on simple projects we offer Tempstar and Comfortmaker lines with single stage compressors and 13 SEER condensers. The same quality craftmanship as a Carrier but without the name brand cost. Gold – For most homes we use a range of Carrier, Tempstar, and Amana A/Cs with 13 SEER condensers and single stage compressors. These A/Cs will have a nicer jacket for debris protection and sound blanketing on the compressor. Platinum – For projects where perfect comfort comes first, we offer the Amana ASXC series with two-stage compressor and 16 SEER condenser. We also offer the very best on the market with the Carrier Infinity series with fully modulating compressor and 19 SEER condenser. You can make your system a heat pump hybrid in both our Gold and Platinum options as well. If your home is on propane, a hybrid system is the most efficient way to heat a house. We are currently working on getting equipped for it. Ductwork:
We can install any kind of ductwork in any space. We have a full sheet metal shop allowing us to make custom ductwork for every situation. This allows us the ability to make neat and efficient ductwork for even the most complex remodel work, rather than trying to make prebuilt ductwork “fit”. Hydronics:
Boilers – We offer a range of sizes and in the Lochinvar Knight series for domestic heat and snowmelt. It is one of the overall best boilers on the market. Tankless – For domestic hot water and combination boilers for small areas we offer the Navien tankless water heater. These are fully modulating, high efficiency water heaters with combination boiler options that allow them to efficiently heat spaces of all sizes. They are also one of the most reliable units on the market. Process Piping – We install all our own hydronic piping and are capable of adding to and remodeling existing systems. Our modulating boilers allow us to add small space radiant floor heat to existing radiators and everything in between. Tank Water Heater – We also offer replacement of traditional tank style water heaters. We use Bradford White because they are solid, dependable, and made in Michigan. Fireplaces:
Gold – For most homes we offer the Majestic Quartz series. This unit can be basic millivolt operation with a standing pilot or powered with accessories like remote and blower. They work easily with a wall switch as well. Platinum – For premium projects nothing beats the look and feel of a Napoleon fireplace. These are highly customizable and offer the most features including touch screen remote, Bluetooth capability, accent lighting, ultra-quite blowers, and a full catalog of log styles. Wood Burning – We have Napoleon and Majestic brand wood burning options for simple, stylish projects as well. We are incredibly experienced with fireplaces. Not only do we install our own, but we service any fireplace of any brand. Minisplits:
We offer a full line of Fujitsu minisplits to fit every kind of small space. These units are perfect for conditioning small spaces like additions and four-season rooms. They are designed to be mounted high or low on the wall as well as units that fit in the ceiling. For spaces like master suites with multiple rooms, you can use the ducted version that works like a small heat pump system mounted in the attic or crawl. This offers the clean look of ceiling or floor registers just like central air. Light-Duty Commercial:
We offer replacement of roof top package units and ductwork for small offices and retail spaces. We are currently unequipped to handle large scale commercial work, but we are able to complete smaller projects for customers who may have a small retail or office space. We are fully capable of handling apartment and condo projects. Accessories & Small Jobs:
We offer a full line of air quality products like humidifiers, media air cleaners, ionizers, uv lights, etc. We have basic and premium options for every option.
