We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team in Milford, NJ. If you take pride in high‑quality craftsmanship, can run a crew, and want to be part of a company that values integrity and attention to detail, we’d love to talk.
What you’ll do:
• Lead residential and light commercial projects from layout to final finish.
• Perform skilled carpentry: framing, decks, siding, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and general repairs.
• Supervise and mentor carpenters and laborers while keeping the jobsite safe, clean, and organized.
• Read plans, coordinate with other trades, and communicate clearly with clients and the office.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a lead carpenter or working foreman.
• Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to manage a crew, plan work, and solve problems on the fly.
• Reliable transportation, professional attitude, and a commitment to quality work.
