In the early 2000's, West Michigan home builders became acutely aware of a legitimate need for quality custom cabinetry and millwork that was beyond their capability of building on-site. The initial goal of Benchmark was to create a woodshop that could not only produce the impossible; but also produce it in the most excellent manner possible. Highly skilled craftsmen and experienced designers were

brought in to help bring the goal to fruition. A state-of-the-art facility, located on the north side of Holland, was built in 2006 to house a comprehensive selection of leading edge equipment essential to the success of manufacturing. The final outcome was pure, unrivaled expertise. Today, Benchmark Wood Studio proudly presents the finest custom millwork, cabinetry and furniture creations available in West Michigan! If you’re in the area, we invite you to visit with one of our designers, who will give you a tour of our studio and design library which house thousands of samples including custom finishes, classic and exotic wood species, countertops, hardware, fabrics, and more. You’ll also see 3 kitchen vignettes that display our fine cabinetry and typical construction standards. We’re growing and looking to add a few great people to our team at Benchmark Wood Studio.

From our state-of-the-art facility on the north side of Holland, our team of craftsmen and designers creates custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture for discerning clients. Every piece that leaves our shop reflects a commitment to quality, detail, and thoughtful design.

Now Hiring:
• Skilled Wood Finisher
• Delivery Driver / Material Handler

Our Skilled Wood Finisher will be hands-on in every stage of the finishing process, from prep and sanding to staining and spraying, bringing out the final character and quality of each piece. We’re looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about their craft.

Our Delivery Driver / Material Handler plays a key role in getting our work safely from the shop to the site. This position involves organizing and delivering cabinetry and furniture. A CDL is required for this position, along with experience driving in all weather conditions and navigating designated truck routes.

Both roles are ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value being part of a team, and are looking to grow long-term within a company.

We offer a family-oriented environment along with competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.
