Job Opening: General Worker on Maintenance Crew Location: Sanford area
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities: As a general worker on the maintenance crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various maintenance tasks and ensuring that the premises are kept in good condition. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting Maintenance Team: Support the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks, which may include repairing equipment, performing basic carpentry, and assisting with general maintenance duties.
• Groundskeeping: Help maintain the outdoor areas by mowing
lawns, trimming bushes, and ensuring the grounds are clean and well-kept.
• Building Maintenance: Assist in repairing and maintaining buildings, including basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other tasks as needed.
• E q u i p m e n t Handling: Properly handle and use tools provided by
the company for maintenance work. Requirements:
• Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is preferred to ensure punctuality and the ability to travel to different work sites.
• Driver's License: Having a valid driver's license is also preferred, as it may be necessary to drive company vehicles or transport
equipment to job sites.
• Experience: While prior experience in maintenance work is
beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The salary will be
commensurate with your level of experience and skills.
