Sometimes a kitchen doesn’t need a full gut job — it just needs the right upgrades.�
For this project, we removed the existing cabinet doors, prepped them properly, applied a special bonding primer and painted them for a clean, updated look. Fresh paint alone can completely change the feel of a kitchen when it’s done right.�

We also installed all new cabinet hardware, giving the cabinets a modern, cohesive finish that ties everything together.�

🔨 Front Entry Upgrade by Super Fix-It Bros 🔨

This project focused entirely on the front entryway where first impressions matter most.

We refinished the wooden front door, applying three coats of marine-grade clear coat for long-lasting protection against sun, rain, and everyday exposure. A quality finish like this helps preserve the door while keeping it looking sharp for years to come.

We also removed the old, worn deck boards at the entry and installed brand-new composite decking — a durable, low-maintenance upgrade that gives the space a clean, modern look.

To complete the project, we tore out the existing two steps and rebuilt them for improved stability, safety, and overall appearance.

The linoleum in this laundry room was bubbling, cracked, and peeling - some of the floorboards underneath had even rotted through. But after repairing the subfloor and installing LVP, this floor looks brand new!

Between those railroad ties (and under the black w**d barrier) lies the access to a customer’s septic tank.. They didn’t want it to be a tripping/falling hazard and they definitely didn’t want the grandkids playing in it; so they called !

Now there’s a platform over the top of the septic tank access - but wait, what happens when you need to access or service the septic tank? No problem! Just lift up on either side of the platform - (it’s hinged in the middle) - and you’ve got easy access to the septic tank. 👌

This homeowner wanted to subtly divide the space between their living room & dining room, but still have the option to leave the whole space open and connected - so they asked to install French Doors for them!

After building out the door jamb and installing the French Doors, we finished the project by installing new trim around the doorway.

It’s amazing what a difference a door (or two) can make! 🚪
