Good Afternoon!

This is David, your Local Home Inspector, here to say that I hope you had a Wonderful Thanksgiving with your friends and family, packed with fantastic food and cheer! Myself, I have a TON to be grateful for this year, but mostly I am grateful for my three young, healthy grandchildren!

As the year comes to a close, we think back on everyone we have been blessed to do business with, and the connections we have made along the way. Everyone is out doing their “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” deals, and it got us thinking about what we would like to offer to our customers. We have decided, as a way to show our appreciation, we will offer a $50 discount on ALL Home Inspections AND $25 off Radon Tests scheduled through the end of 2024! This will include any inspections that are completed afterwards, as long as they are confirmed and scheduled before December 31st!



This is applicable to both New Constructions and Pre-Owned Homes, and there is no size or age restrictions.

I was out in Fuquay and ran across TLC Home Maintenance hard at work. Tony Abbott with ,LLC is a good friend and it's fun to see hard work in progress. Anyone can install a door but can you make a new door fit an old opening? Not much room for error! Keep up the hard work Tony!

I love where I live!

After eleven years of Home Inspecting, I'm adding extra service for those who love living in their home and don't want to move.

We're calling it a Healthy Home Check; this is for homeowners who have been living in their home for more than two years and are concerned about what might be going on around them. This is a full home inspection and a radon test if needed.

As an introductory discount to the service, if you do a home inspection and a radon test, I will discount the total cost $100. I have other discounts for previous customers who would also like to have their home re-inspected.
