This was a fun project, the customer recently purchased this home and wanted to renovate. First up was the living room. Before and after pictures really show a transformation.
TurnKey helped transform the living room with:
- Built-in cabinets with butcher block tops, stained to match the refinished floor
- Built a wood mantel and stained to match
- Floating Shelves painted to match the trim

Later they will tackle the fireplace surround but the existing changes look great!

My first gig in my new(ish) neighborhood was a success! We took a 2 story fireplace wall and transformed it into a beautiful timeless focal point. The color the homeowner chose was perfect! Such a fun project and the customer was so great to work with!!

I want to talk about skirts…. wait, not that kind of skirt. Deck skirting!

Deck skirting not only enhances the look of your home, it has many more benefits. It eliminates the need to add expensive pine straw or mulch under the deck, keeps the dogs out, hides items stored under the deck, etc…

So many option to choose from
1) The classic framed lattice is always nice.
2) Horizontal board screening is very popular also

Holly Springs Kitchen remodel with a coastal vibe…..yes please!
New Quartz countertops by Mogastone, added a Chef inspired sink, motion sensor faucet, replaced brown backsplash with white subway tile, added under cabinet lighting, painted the wooden cabinets and replaced dated pendant light over the sink. Love it!

Need some extra storage? Try custom built structural garage shelving. Too many wasted steps going from the attic to the first floor and then back to the attic. Why not store those decorations in the garage!?

Kitchen Island Upgrade!
Added large panel ShipLap to the back, X pattern on the sides and removed the shoe molding for a clean modern farmhouse vibe.

Really enjoyed helping friends with these 2 projects.
The small coat closet was not functional so we converted it into a drop-zone mud bench area!
The fireplace was wrapped in a modern nickel gap ShipLap and makes the room look totally different!
