A customer called and said he already had a locksmith come out to try to make the key for his BMW 4 Series but was unsuccessful. Additionally, the car was unable to power on ๐คท๐ฝ
We came out and immediately identified the issue. The car was in lock mode. We were able to fix it in 20 minutes and send the customer back on the road ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
