The mixed-use development in Pawtucket, Rhode Island includes affordable housing and convenient commercial spaces. On November 1st, Sonnenfeld and Trocchia Architects principal Andrew Trocchia, along with other volunteers, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Habitat for Humanity’s 84th home in Fair Haven, Monmouth County. We are honored to support Habitat for Humanity’s mission to empower communities by creating and improving homes for families with low to moderate incomes, veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. This new house will provide a secure, affordable place to live, offering stability and new opportunities for a local family.

We're thrilled to share a interio progress photos of “Rhythm” a New Luxury Condominium by Roger Mumford Homes located in Asbury Park. The five-story building features condo residences with skillfully designed common areas, up to 2,600 square feet of living space with an additional 400-500 square feet of private terrace space, a 2,500 square foot rooftop deck with kitchenette and gas grill. Phillips Seaview Tower, located in Asbury Park, a few blocks from the beach, recently underwent interior renovations, to improve the facilities common areas. Updates include revamping the entry area and the adjust store, refreshing the library and offices, updating the restroom, enhancing the security area and reconfiguring the mailroom. These changes aim to provide comfortable and efficient common spaces for the residents’ daily living.
