In 2020, like many others, I was laid off. At the time, it felt like the rug had been pulled from under me — uncertainty, fear, and doubt all hit hard. But sometimes, life pushes you in a direction you never planned because it’s exactly where you’re meant to go.

Instead of staying down, I took a leap of faith and started my own business. No roadmap, just drive, grit, and the belief that I could build something bigger than myself.

Fast forward 5 years — I’ve turned that moment of loss into a legacy in the making. The business is still growing, and every long day and late night has been worth it. More than anything, I’m building something I can one day leave behind for my boys — something they can be proud of and, if they choose, carry forward.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been real. And I’m just getting started.
