So, a friend of mine wanted me to make his son a He-Man sword out of EVA Foam. After looking online for plans, I found a foam He-Man sword on Amazon for like $10. So instead... I'm making him a badass Dwarven battle helmet, complete with ram horns. I'll just buy the sword.
