These are ni****ne stained ceilings, walls , and trim which I’m priming using Kilz Restoration primer. I’m going to apply 2 coats to the ceilings and then a topcoat of premium ceiling paint by Sherwin Williams. I don’t believe there’s a ceiling paint that would adequately cover this in one coat. Soon I will show the after pictures of finished work.

Here’s a sneak peak at a conference room I’ve been painting. Wallpaper was stripped, walls cleaned, primed. Upper walls took 3 topcoats. Lower walls took 2 topcoats. Colors used : upper walls “ blue lava” , lower walls and trim “tundra frost”

Safety tip: when setting up a ladder to access high ceilings/walls keep in mind of your surroundings. While it’s important to cover floors or areas to keep paint off them, I highly recommend not placing a drop cloth underneath the feet of the ladder. There is a potential for the ladder to slip backwards. As you can see in the 2nd photo I corrected myself. Take the extra time to prioritize safety.
