"I must give a shout-out to two of your staff members, Michelle and Cortnei. I called in a panic on due to carbon monoxide and smoke detector issues upstairs and in the cellar incessantly chirping. I changed the batteries, reset them, and blew out any dust in them, they still chirped!

Michelle, much to my surprise, was able to get someone over that day, especially since it was a Friday afternoon. Incredible customer service! Cortnei came in the afternoon, listened to my concerns and got right to work testing the air, everything was fine (I replaced all of them 1 1/2 year ago). Then he installed new carbon monoxide and smoke alarms I requested.

Cortnei was very professional and treated me with respect.
