Quail Eggs! 🍳
*we do still have a few dozen quail eggs available
We have some people that absolutely love quail eggs and we’ve come across those who are extremely leery of even trying them.
We get asked all the time why we added quail to our homestead. Our answer usually is, why not? 🤷🏻♀️😅
Honestly though, we’ve grown to really enjoy them. The quail themselves are such sweet little birds and their tiny eggs, while also delicious, they really are jam packed full of additional nutrients.
(We do suggest that you do some research on the added benefits of eating quail eggs!)
They are very tiny, taking about 3-4 quail eggs to equal one chicken egg. (Remember, dont let the size fool you! There are actually more of certain vitamins, etc in these tiny eggs than any other egg!)

A few ways we like to enjoy them:
-perfect size for babies and toddlers breakfast
-perfect size added to grilled cheese sandwich, burgers, cold cuts, etc
-simply fried up in some butter with salt and pepper
