This garage in Homer was in need of some TLC, and we were happy to be the ones to update it. We started by repointing the inside and outside walls to seal the cracks before dry locking the walls. Both interior and exterior walls were painted, with the exterior to match the house. We also leveled the floor before installing top coat, giving them a usable interior space for any storage or workshop needs they may have. A new metal roof was installed after eliminating the chimney to finish the water tight seal all around. A new man door was installed on the garage as well for a convenient additional entrance.

We also were able to dry lock the foundation around the perimeter of the house to ensure a water tight seal. The house was then finished off with a new entry door and storm door.

This summer camp in Marietta had a beautiful new roof installed just in time for the upcoming holiday weekend.

After removing the existing shingles, we replaced the damaged plywood decking before installing two layers of ice and water shield. We then installed new 30-year architectural shingles to provide this summer camp with a water tight seal for years of lakeside adventures to come.

This house in Homer was experiencing water damage from leaking Yankee gutters. We were able to remove the damaged decking around the edge of the roof and replace it with new plywood. Two layers of ice and water shield were installed before laying synthetic felt and installing new shingles, tying into the existing roof. The chimney was removed and infilled to remove future water entry points. Everything was able to be tied together perfectly, and this home owner can now look forward to a water tight seal to last them for years to come.

This barn in Homer had been experiencing water damage through a chimney that was no longer in use.

We eliminated the chimney to the roof line and filled in and sealed the hole. After inspecting the rest of the decking and replacing where needed, we installed two layers of ice and water shield, giving a water tight barrier before installing new, 30-year architectural shingles.

This business in Cortland was ready for an amazing upgrade with a new, 30 year, architectural shingle roof.

With water damage around a chimney that wasn't being used, the chimney was removed down to the roof line and in-filled to stop future water issues. This home in Syracuse is the proud new owner of a new, 30 year architectural shingle roof.

After tearing off and removing the previous shingles and inspecting the plywood decking, we installed two layers of ice and water shield. Drip edge was installed around the perimeter of the roof before installing new chimney flashing. 30 year architectural shingles were installed, ensuring a water tight seal.

Before and Afters for a lovely home in Ithaca that received a new, 30 year architectural shingle roof.

Waving in the roof was the result of uneven rafters and the previous roof installation being improperly nailed too high, which caused shingles to seperate and fall off. After removing the old shingles and damaged decking, we replaced the uneven rafters with new ones to give a flat surface for the new decking that was installed. We then installed two layers of ice and water shield before applying new architectural shingles that will last them for years to come when properly installed.

Interior remodel in Locke. The owner was looking to rework their existing space to make it more functional.

We installed a drop ceiling to provide access to plumbing and electrical. We installed new LVP flooring throughout, giving a seamless transition between rooms. A new mudroom was added off of the garage to give a more usable entry, as well as new steps in the garage for additional space when entering. A new toilet and flooring were installed in the bathroom. We also upgraded the laundry to make it more accessible in the new space.
