Celebrating 35 Years in Florida
This month marks 35 years since Vascimini Woodworking made the move to Florida, but our story began long before that.
In 1902, Pasquale Vascimini immigrated from Italy to New York, bringing with him the skills, work ethic, and passion for craftsmanship that would become the foundation of our family business. His three sons—Pasquale (Pete), Francis (Frank), and Annibale (Johnny)—continued the tradition, carrying the trade forward into the next generation.
Years later, Michael Vascimini Sr., the son of Francis (Frank), learned the family business and dreamed of one day bringing that tradition to Florida. In June of 1991, that dream became a reality when he established Vascimini Woodworking here in Homosassa.
Today, 35 years later, the tradition continues with the fourth generation, as Michael Vascimini Jr. works side by side with his father Michael Vascimini Sr., carrying forward the same values of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that have defined our family for more than a century.
We are incredibly grateful to our customers, friends, family, and community for their support over the years. Thank you for trusting us with your homes and for helping us continue a legacy that now spans four generations.
Here’s to 35 years in Florida—and many more to come.
